Join our team

We are seeking individuals with a wide range of skills. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as possible for the following roles:

<aside> 💡 We expect a weekly contribution of 4-6 hours, but we’re flexible and can adjust according to your schedule. Our weekly team meetings are on Tuesdays from 9-10 PM; if you are unable to attend those meetings but would still like to contribute to Quest2Learn, talk to @Chinat Yu, @Jeffery Zhou, or @Siam in your first meeting to work out alternative arrangements.

What is the type of people that we are looking for?

We look for people who can add value to the project and the team regardless of your background. Our recruitment strategy is rather atypical and transparent.

We start by welcoming new team members as Seedlings, allowing you to explore the areas that interest you most. In the first two weeks, you’ll work on a small project. After that, we’ll review your progress and discuss whether you’re ready to move on to the Sapling phase.

In the Sapling phase, you’ll take on a larger project, building on your initial contribution. After a month-long project, if you demonstrate the ability to add value, you’ll become a full member of the Quest2Learn team!
